1. Sheet press not heating or heating slowly

• Check there’s no ‘STOP’ on the associated PID Controller.

  → Switch to RUN mode on the PID Controller (cycle through the menu by tapping the second button from the right on the PID Controller). The OUT indicator should be on (relay active) and STOP indicator should be off.

→ As an alternative, in the dashboard section, under Commons, All Stop can be used to switch to “RUN” mode

• Disable Sequential Heating in the dashboard section (if applicable)

• Ensure that the correct temperature sensor is connected to the PID Controller

1.1 PID controllers not accepting new temperature setpoints

• Check that ‘Command Write Mode’ is enabled (use the first 2 buttons from the left on the PID Controller to cycle through the menu).

• As an alternative, in the dashboard section, under Commons, Command Write Mode can be toggled to override the command write mode for all enabled PID Controllers.
