Returns are accepted only for defective parts. Return shipping is covered by us.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective part, we will replace it or issue a refund according to the conditions below.

Returns Accepted Only for Defective Items

We only accept returns in cases where the delivered item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • incompatibility due to customer error
  • used or installed parts (unless defective)

Return Window

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe an item is defective.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved (defective / damaged / incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide either:

  • a prepaid return label, or
  • reimbursement of return shipping after proof of shipment

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be returned in the original packaging (if possible)
  • include all accessories and components
  • not be intentionally damaged or modified

Refunds / Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • we will send a replacement part, or
  • issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us with:

  • your order number
  • photos or description of the defect
  • your contact details

We will respond with return instructions as soon as possible.
